Hi There! Thank you so much for visiting my page and browsing my artwork. My name is Sophia (I also go by the nickname Soma) and I am a Musician, Energy Healing Arts Practitioner, Land Steward and Multicraft Artist currently living in beautiful Evergreen, Colorado.

Forest Heart Creations was born on the Summer Solstice of 2022, as an experimental project designed to share my creativity online with friends and family. Since its launch, it has steadily grown and blossomed into a thriving business. I am so grateful to now be a full-time artist, working with my hands and channeling visions into form almost everyday. I see this as an act of devotion and revolution. To serve the world by co-creating beauty with nature.

Since I was a little girl, I have always loved creating and adorning. But only in the past few years have I discovered the materials and mediums that really speak to my soul ~ and allow me to express my art in ways that feel deeply authentic to my body, my spirit, and my values. These materials include Natural Clay, Earth Pigment Paint, Wood, Semi-Precious Gems and Crystals, Seed Beads, Plant Fibers, Fur, Leather, Feathers, Stone and Bone. With all these natural elements, I love to create jewelry, altar guardians, talking stick pieces, talismans and paintings that invoke an ancient and earthen remembrance.

This little landing page for my artwork has just a taste of my creations and offerings. In the past 6 months, I’ve been mainly focused on commissions and in-person markets. However, if I keep receiving requests, I may re-open my virtual shop and start releasing seasonal collections here again.

My hope within this entire endeavor is to help rewild and empower our sense of beauty, harmony and self-expression with the handmade offerings I craft. Always inspired and informed by the vast majesty and intelligence of nature.
